The men were remanded into custody by Malmö district court on Friday on suspicion of offences including attempted murder.
The arrest was made on Friday in a joint operation between police authorities in Skåne and Västra Götaland, according to a police statement.
The bomb attack on Barbro Jönsson’s home in Trollhättan in western Sweden on November 20th 2007 sparked outrage at the time.
Justice minister Beatrice Ask called the dawn bombing “a serious attack on the justice system and the democratic society”.
No one was hurt in the explosion but the front door of Jönsson’s house was damaged, the porch collapsed and a window was blown out.
The prosecutor had previously led cases against biker gang-related crime. In 2006 she prosecuted the 27-year-old chairman of the local branch of the Bandidos biker gang for contempt of court.
