The Deutsche Bauernkalender is one of several calendars published each year hoping to show the more attractive side of working in the German countryside.
Started in Switzerland in 2005, the calendar first came to Germany in 2010. The latest edition shows fourteen country girls in various states of undress either in the great outdoors or down on the farm.

Though the German Farm Girls edition found models from across Germany, a rival calendar sponsored by the Association of Young Bavarian Farmers shows only ladies from the southern German state.
