Exhibition Opening – Seeing Is Believing
You didn’t have to be in New York on September 11 to know the extremity of what happened that day. The media delivered images of the terrorist attacks around the world in seconds, but how does the image relate to reality? We see the image, so we believe it happened, but does the image take on a life of its own? Those are just a few of the questions for you to ponder on Saturday while perusing works by nearly two dozen artists at KW’s new exhibition.
Price: Free (Opening); €6 (Regular)
Location: KW Institute for Contemporary Art, Auguststrasse 69
Times: Saturday, September 10, 5-10pm (Opening); Tuesday – Sunday, Noon – 7pm; Thursday, Noon – 9pm; through November 13 (Regular Hours)
