“He was really threatening. Both my boss and I were encircled by angry passengers,” she told Il Messaggero.
“The passengers were right to be angry,” she said. “But it was three in the morning and we had been working all day. [The problems were] because of the nearby fire, so we really weren't to blame.”
The video is just one of many showing passengers' frustration as their travel plans were plunged into disarray over the past couple of days.

Fortunately, normal service finally resumed on Friday morning, with flights landing and taking off as scheduled. No doubt much to the relief of stressed airport staff.
