New shooting in Malmö as campaign hits final week
A man was shot in broad daylight in Malmö on Tuesday night, in a event likely to bring growing gun violence back as an issue in the final week of Sweden's election campaign.

The man, who is in his 20s, was shot dead in the southern suburb of Hermodsdal at around 7pm, with police receiving the alarm shortly afterwards.
He was taken to hospital in ambulance, but died from his injuries.
On Tuesday night, police dogs were searching the area for bullets or discarded weapons, while police were interviewing local residents. No arrests had been made by Wednesday morning.
According to Sydsvenskan, witnesses saw a person carrying a weapon, who leapt off a cycle and ran from the scene.
The victim was previously known to police and had been convicted for serious crimes.
