That figure is up 2 percent on May rental prices, according to a statement from the property firm.
But most of this upward push in rental prices is being driven by increases in Zurich where rents moved up an average 1.8 percent last month.

The average rent in June for a 100-square metre apartment was 2,700 Swiss francs in Zurich – the highest in the country.
At the other end of the scale, the same size rental property came in at 1,840 Swiss francs in eastern Switzerland – down 0.8 percent on May prices.
In fact, the new Swiss Real Estate Offer shows that rental prices last month were slightly down in all Swiss regions except for Zurich. In the Lake Geneva region, there was an 0.4 percent drop.
The June rental figures come on the back of a dip in May when the Swiss-wide average rent dropped 1.5 percent, the first time there had been such a fall this year.
